the room was neat and well laid out and the views on the 10th floor were particularly good. the location was particularly good and perfect for walking around an established museum. plus, it was adjacent to other main tourist points 

Very central location, just a short stroll away from Salamanca Place. Good choice of nice food for meals.

Great hairdryer in the bathroom was just one of the little touches that made Hotel Collins really enjoyable as well as the complimentary little emergency packs with the sewing necessities, hair ties, make up wipes, etc. The staff 

Location was convenient. I paid a surchange for a room on a higher floor and was pleased to be given that option. Floor to ceiling windows in the room with a view of Mount wellington framed by buildings.
